The delegation of the International School of Cultural Tourism went to the World Tourism Alliance for strategic cooperation and exchanges

The World Tourism Alliance is the first comprehensive, non-governmental and non-profit international tourism organization initiated by China.

In order to promote the strategic cooperation with the World Tourism Alliance, on the morning of August 22, the delegation of the International School of Cultural Tourism went to the World Tourism Alliance for strategic cooperation and exchanges. Qiu Hanqin, Dean of the School, Han Zhenhua, Deputy Dean and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Lv Jiaying, an introduced talent, attended the meeting. Wang Kunxin, Deputy Secretary-General of the World Tourism Alliance, Gao Angzhi and Yang Zhichao, officials of the Hangzhou Liaison Office of the World Tourism Alliance, attended the meeting and exchanged views.

Wang Kunxin gave feedback on signing the strategic cooperation agreement. He said that in order to speed up the internationalization of Zhejiang's tourism, Zhejiang Province seized the opportunity and comprehensively promoted cooperation with the World Tourism Alliance. The Alliance supported the establishment of the Hangzhou Research Base of the World Tourism Alliance together with Hangzhou City University. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the idea of win-win cooperation, and put forward cooperation projects such as Zhejiang experience research for developing culture and tourism to promote common prosperity, and training talents in international organizations with characteristic classes of international organizations as the starting point, so as to better promote exchanges and mutual learning in the global tourism academic field and promote the better development of tourism education.

Qiu Hanqin listened carefully to the opinions of Wang Kunxin and the participants, and indicated that the International School of Cultural Tourism would well ensure the follow-up work, start from the overall perspective, instead of merely the local economy, and even from the perspective required by the international organizations, the perspective of international communication and publicity, to strengthen the work exchange with the World Tourism Alliance. Meanwhile, Qiu Hanqin introduced the team composition and current work of the International School of Cultural Tourism, and looked forward to the strategic cooperation with the World Tourism Alliance as soon as possible.
