Li Ruowen, a student in Class 1801 of Tourism Management, has won the third place of the first prize in the National Finals of "Future Career Challenge" of Marriott Foundation Wanli Haocheng Project in 2019-2020, the special prize in the Second College Students' Red Tourism Creative Planning Competition of Zhejiang Province, the third prize in the 12th "College Students' Career Planning Competition" of Zhejiang University City College, the third prize in the "First Rural Revitalization Competition" of Zhejiang University City College and third prize of undergraduate group in the 6th Students' Economic Management Case Competition of Zhejiang University, and the silver prize of "Rural Credit Cup" University Students' Rural Revitalization Creative Competition in Zhejiang Province.

In terms of scientific research exchanges, her project has also been approved as the national university student innovation and entrepreneurship project, and she has been admitted to the University of Sydney.

Growth story

In her sophomore year, Li Ruowen made up her mind that she would study abroad, and began to make efforts for that goal step by step, making careful self-planning and thinking. In terms of basic courses, she suggests taking notes carefully while listening to lectures in class, as the digestion and understanding of examples after class is crucial to the final examination; In terms of professional courses, students can learn more about the basic knowledge of the major, and combine theoretical study with practice, which can make boring theoretical knowledge rich and interesting.

First of all, students in lower grades must prioritize their studies; Secondly, after finishing the heavy learning tasks in their freshman and sophomore years, they can make good use of their junior and senior years to make more novel attempts, which will enrich their spare time, and meanwhile be conducive to their application for comprehensive positions with comprehensive knowledge after they graduate, thus creating more opportunities. In the meantime, students who have the idea of taking the postgraduate entrance examination or civil servant examination must carefully consider the choice of school, analyze the reasons for the failure of other seniors, weigh their own abilities, focus on improving efficiency, and make good arrangements for time planning.
